Meet your trainer

Hi, I'm Jaime.

I created Moving Forward Fitness because my passion is to help others achieve their fitness goals through functional training. My training style focuses on building the body to do what it is meant to do, so you can live the way you want to live. I'm motivated to work hard for my clients because I know they are working hard to improve. Success is not linear and I pride myself on being able to adapt to my clients' ever changing goals and needs. No matter where you are at in your fitness journey, I am confident that I can guide you forward to your ideal version of yourself. Come work with me and you will see that I am the best person to show you how to keep moving forward.

I started Moving Forward Fitness because I've seen what happens when training is built around a person instead of a program. People who thought they “weren't gym people” find a routine they can stick to. People coming back from injury, illness, or just a long time away find their confidence again. My approach is functional - training your body to do what real life asks of it - and adaptive, because your goals and energy will change, and your plan should change with them.
