I started working with Moving Forward Fitness after beating cancer and years of not taking care of myself due to depression. I've never been an exercise person. I don't like gyms. But Jaime made me feel comfortable and supported through this journey. This has been an amazing journey! I've lost weight, I've gained muscle mass, my confidence has sky rocketed!
